The Staff of CMMissions

All staff within this Ministry are Volunteers and are non paid. The staff fall into two groups.

They are "Ministry Staff". These are the personnel that administrate & operate the Schools, Evangelical, Medical, Practical Outreaches, Teachers, Students, Specialists etc.

The second group are the "Ships Crew". These are the personnel responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of the ship. These people are the Captain, Deck Officers, Engineers, Deck Ratings etc.

It is hoped that this Ministry to be able to support those deemed to be in "Strategic" positions.

These positions are Strategic because of the specialist functions that these staff undertake or the qualifications required under law so as to maintain the ship to the high standards required. These positions could be:
                                    Captain
                                    First Officer
                                    Chief Engineer (or equivalent)
                                    2nd Engineer (or equivalent)
                                    Operations Director
                                    Training Director
All of the other staff will be required to support themselves financially. It is the intention of this Ministry to help support financially all the staff wherever possible or to help raise finances for those requiring support.
This Ministry intends to build a stable family of staff so as to be able to provide the greatest support to those who use this Ministry.
